2. Order Acceptance & Contract

Placing an order on our website creates an offer to purchase. Orders are accepted when we send an Order Confirmation email. All orders are subject to product availability and verification of payment.

3. Pricing & Taxes

All prices are listed in INR. Taxes and shipping charges are displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to update prices without notice.

4. Payment & Verification

Payments are accepted via PhonePe (UPI), cards, and other gateways. PhonePe/UPI payments are automatically verified, and order status is updated instantly.

5. Cancellations

You may request cancellation within 1 hour of placing an order. After dispatch, cancellations are not possible.

6. Delivery & Title

Ownership passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect packages and report damages immediately.

7. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns only for damaged, leaking, or wrong products reported within 24 hours. See our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, images, logos) is the property of Prakdhiya Organics.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
