Return & Refund Policy
Because our products are personal-care items, we do not accept returns or refunds except in the following cases:
1. Eligibility
- Product is damaged, leaked, tampered, or wrong item delivered.
- You report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.

3. Resolution
The approved refunds will be processed and credited within 7-14 days

4. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled only within 1 hour of placing them. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
